A few hours – depending on the size of your website. The report is usually ready within 24 hours. In that time we crawl every important page, check rankings and test several AI assistants. You don’t have to wait: as soon as the report is ready, it arrives by email. You can follow the progress at any time under “My audits”.
No. The report is written for business owners. Technical terms are explained, and every recommendation includes a concrete next step – which you can do yourself or pass on to your agency.
We ask ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity typical questions your customers would ask – such as “Which business in my town would you recommend?” – and evaluate whether and how often your business is mentioned in the answers or linked as a source.
No. We only check publicly visible information – just as Google and AI assistants see your business. You don’t need to install anything or share any passwords.
SEO aims for good positions in search engines like Google. GEO (generative engine optimisation) makes sure AI assistants like ChatGPT mention your business in their answers. The audit assesses both.
You can name up to five competitors yourself. If you don’t, we choose suitable businesses from your region and industry.
We check the address as soon as you enter it. If the homepage returns an error, the audit can’t be purchased – so you never pay for a report that can’t be created. If an audit stops for technical reasons, we restart it free of charge or refund the amount.
Yes. The PDF and the presentation with speaker notes are designed for exactly that – your agency will see right away what needs to be done.
The audit costs a one-off €39 including VAT. There’s no subscription and no automatic renewal.
You pay securely via Stripe – by credit card, SEPA Direct Debit, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Which payment methods are shown depends on your device and country.
Yes. The invoice is sent automatically by email – with VAT shown separately. You can enter your company name and VAT ID when ordering. You’ll also find all invoices in your account later.
A follow-up audit also costs a one-off €39. The new report then shows you in a before-and-after comparison which measures have worked.
We only analyse publicly available information. We use your details solely to create your report and never pass them on to third parties. You’ll find details in our privacy policy.
