Withdraw from contract

Use this form to withdraw from your contract with us. You don't need an account. We confirm receipt by email straight away – with the content of your declaration and the date and time we received it.

We send the confirmation of receipt to this address.

You'll find it in your order confirmation email and on the invoice, for example B-2026-00042. If you don't have it to hand, we'll match your withdrawal by name and email address.
