§ 1 Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed via seora.one between [provider] and customers – consumers and businesses alike.
§ 2 Conclusion of contract
By clicking “Order and pay · €39.00” you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded as soon as we confirm the payment and start the audit.
§ 3 Scope of services
We audit the specified website automatically and partly with AI support. You receive a PDF report, a presentation and an action plan. Rankings, search volumes and AI answers are snapshots and may change at any time. We owe a careful audit, but not any particular ranking success.
§ 4 Prices and payment
An audit costs €39.00 including 19 % VAT. Payment is made in advance via the payment service provider Stripe. You receive the invoice by email. A follow-up audit is charged as a new audit. Prices include VAT; for businesses in other EU countries with a valid VAT ID, net (reverse charge). In the 3-audit bundle, 3 audits cost €99.00 in total. The first audit begins upon payment; the remaining audits are credited to your customer account and can be redeemed within 90 days of payment. Audits not redeemed by then expire without replacement; a cash payout is excluded.
§ 5 Delivery
We provide the results in your account and notify you by email. If an audit cannot be completed for technical reasons, we restart it free of charge or refund the full amount.
§ 6 Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht). Details and the model form can be found in the withdrawal policy (Widerrufsbelehrung).
§ 7 Rights of use
You may use the report and presentation for your own purposes and pass them on to service providers such as your agency. [Define the scope of the rights of use, e.g. resale.]
§ 8 Liability
