1 Participation
Anyone of legal age with an account may participate. You activate the programme yourself in your profile. There is no entitlement to participation.
2 Partner link & attribution
A purchase counts for you if it is made within [30 days] of the last click on your link and the person has consented to partner attribution. Your own purchases do not count.
3 Commission
You receive [25 %] of the net price of every audit referred. The commission is released after [14 days]. It lapses in the event of a refund.
4 Payout
Monthly by bank transfer as soon as [€50] has been released. You receive a self-billed credit note (Gutschrift).
5 Prohibited advertising
Not permitted: spam, advertising on our brand search terms, misleading statements and purchased clicks. In the event of violations, outstanding commissions are forfeited.
6 Taxes
Commissions are income that you tax yourself. If you are liable for VAT, enter your tax number in your billing details.
7 Termination
You can end your participation at any time in your profile; we may discontinue or change the programme with [… weeks'] notice. Commissions already released will be paid out even after termination, provided the minimum amount has been reached [define rules].
